I picked up a yoga for kids video, thinking Arturo (in his 2-year-old bendiness) might enjoy it. He refused to watch it and tried to throw it away more than once. Today, out of the blue, he took out the exercise mat and said, “watch my dance, mama.” Mmmhmmm, that’s yoga, buddy.
