Nicknames

Some people have asked us if we have a preferred nickname for the baby. With a name like Arturo Tolenka Castañeda Dower (first middle last last), there are certainly plenty of options! Aside from Arturo, Paul and I often call him Turo, Lenka or Tolia, along with a host of pet names. Uncle Arny calls him Artie. Uncle Nick calls him Art. Grandpa Fernando calls him Arturito, as do many of our other Spanish-speaking friends and family members. We welcome you to address him as you wish, and to offer up any new nicknames that you think suit him well!
