Obama and Dower, Bound for Russia (& NES Graduation)

Paul is headed back to Moscow for a couple of weeks on Saturday to wrap up some projects and attend the graduation of his students at the New Economic School (NES). Today, he learned that the scheduled commencement speaker for the event is Barack Obama!
