A Little Snow

Over the past few weeks, the weather predictors have been telling us to brace for a big snowfall. We've dusted off our snowshoes and Turo's sled, and Paul's cross country skis, boots and poles are ready to go. We've often found ourselves waking up extra early in the morning to look out the window, hoping to find the promised whiteout.

It has been pretty cold here, and there is a little snow on the ground, but nothing like a real snowstorm has materialized. I was waiting for the big event to post a picture of Arturo, playing outside in mounds of the white stuff taller than he is, but it seems this might have to wait until we're back from the holidays.

In the meantime, here's Turo a few weeks ago, probably just as happy to be playing in 3 inches of snow as he would be in 3 feet :-)
