Regarding his first taste of cake, chocolate and really anything heavily sugared, Arturo didn't seem overly impressed, but he did think it was really fun to mash frosting on his face - and on Paul, Pedro and me. (Yesterday we picked up a "Leningradsky" cake. We're planning to bake a cake or two for Turo's upcoming party, and we welcome suggestions and recipes!)
Arturo loved his 2-room birthday fort, which he napped in yesterday and again today.
